BWfitwear’s mission is to provide each and every one of our customers top notch superior Activewear.

BW continues this amazing humbling journey with the privilege of having met so many wonderful athletes and customers that have enjoyed BWfitwear Clothing for over 5 years. We are still very passionate with producing beautiful high quality Fitwear and just as important is achieving customer satisfaction at every level.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can and should return any item, as long as it is in new condition and all tags are attached to the item.

We will gladly refund or exchange your order.

Returns will be accepted if sent within 60 days of purchase, any purchased item can be refunded or exchanged.

For your exchange or return to be viable, the product cannot be washed or worn and must have all labels attached, garments that have gone through the washing or customization process cannot be returned or exchanged.

It is within this policy that the shipping cannot be refunded.

Once your item is received and reviewed, we will refund your money within 48 hours.

Request a Return

If you need to return a BW item? It’s simple, just mail the package to BWFITWEAR LLC.

To exchange a BW item, just mail out the BW clothing along with a note in writing requesting what is the new BW item you’d like to exchange it for. Don’t forget to specify the information such as your exact size and color.

If there is a price difference in your favor, we will refund the difference or you can leave a positive balance in your account for your next purchase. If the new item chosen is more expensive, we will email you a new invoice with the additional amount due, once we receive your payment then BW will ship your new clothing item.

To return a purchased Gift Card just send an email to [email protected] to request a refund.

Only gift cards with an amount equal to the purchase will be refunded.

If your gift card has been used then it is non-refundable.
